Jonas Fröjd been a pro athlete with a martial arts background since 1990, he is a Blackbelt in Taekwondo and nowadays also a Blackbelt in BJJ (Brasilien Jiu Jitsu) and from his 2 around the world trips between 1995-2000 he enlightened the eastern wisdom and westerns science when he co-created in 2019 the concept Mindkicker together with a Mental Trainer for the Swedish National Team.
Stress is not a new word for any of us, unfortunately, we all once in a while facing unpredictable or unavoidable stress situations. But is there any ways to cope with stress in such cases?
